IRIS handles information carefully and only as needed to scope, deliver, and account for factual research briefs for qualified professionals. This page sets out, at a general level, what IRIS collects and how it is handled.
Who we are
IRIS, Insolvency Recovery Intelligence Support, is an Australian factual research service for insolvency, recovery, and dispute professionals. Contact: contact@irisforensics.com.au.
What we collect
On enquiry, the business contact details you provide in your email and the matter information you choose to share, such as entity name, scope question, jurisdiction, and deadline.
On instruction, the information needed to scope and deliver the brief, including identifying details for the subject entity and for the instructing professional.
IRIS does not run intake forms that solicit personal information beyond what is needed for the matter, and does not accept instructions from end-clients, consumers, or unrepresented parties.
How we use it
To scope, deliver, and account for factual research briefs, and to keep ordinary business records of the engagement.
How we store it
Information is held within IRIS working systems and accessed only by those working on the matter. Business records are retained for the period reasonably required for record-keeping and professional standards.
Sharing
IRIS does not share matter information with third parties except where required by law, or where you direct us to, for example where you are co-instructing with another professional on the same matter.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics that profile visitors.
Your choices
You can ask what information IRIS holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to record-keeping obligations. Email contact@irisforensics.com.au.
Updates
